- 1-1/2" Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) ASTM A513-96T5 3/16" wall tubing for backbone strength
- 1-1/4" O.D. x .120" wall tubing for downtubes and frame cradle
- Additional clearance built-in at backbone for Evolution style engine with up to .200" taller cylinder/head length. Allows rear Rocker box to be serviced without removal of the entire engine
- TIG welded on all new hardened tooling for the most accurate fit possible
- Dual gussets at front and rear motor mounts and at transmission mounts
- Boxed lower seat post mount
- Fully machined hourglass style sheering neck
- Transmission mount built in
- Bolt on rear fender struts (not included), use with 8-1/2" fender or 9" fender when using strut spacer
- Custom style wide rear fork made of 1" round solid steel
- Axis tube
- Axis bolts and spacer washers are chrome plated
- Rear fork bearings and retainers
- Rear axle kit with left side spacer and nut are chrome plated
- Fits 180 rear tire with belt drive or 200 tire with chain drive
- 5 or 6 speed transmission and mounting plate
- Chain or belt drive found in drive train section
- Softail 1986/1999 rear wheel hub found in wheel section, or if using 1973/1983 FL, FX rear hub, polished aluminum pulley spacer kit 77365 is required
- Late 1987/1999 Softail style rear brake assembly found the wheel section
- Evolution Softail style oil tank and mounts found in the fuel section
- Flatside Fat Bob gas tank found in the fuel section
- Removable type fork head cups
